BOOKING PROCESS​
1. Inquiry
You share the basics of your event — the vision, the vibe, and what you’re hoping to create. I’ll confirm availability and send over helpful information about entertainment options.

2. Consultation
We’ll schedule a short virtual meeting to talk through your event goals, music preferences, and any details that matter most to you. I’ll walk you through pricing and answer any questions.
During this call, I’ll also gather key details — guest count, layout, timing, and logistics — so I can understand the full picture and recommend the right setup. From there, I’ll put together a proposal tailored to your event, including any enhancements like uplighting, an assistant, or a photo booth if needed.

3. Proposal
You’ll receive a personalized proposal outlining your package, options, and total investment

4. Booking & Retainer
When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over your contract and invoice. A $1,000 retainer locks in your date on my calendar and confirms that your event is fully reserved.

5. Planning Process
You’ll get access to online planning tools, and we’ll schedule planning meetings to build out your timeline, announcements, and music flow. This ensures everything runs smoothly and the entertainment matches the energy of your event.
